The Qallam platform is intended for students aged 16 and above who are preparing for university admissions in Pakistan. By creating an account, you represent that:

Qallam is an educational technology platform that provides test preparation resources for Pakistani university admissions examinations, including but not limited to LCAT and NET. The Service includes:
Some features are available to all registered users, while others require a paid plan. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

Payment structure: Qallam offers one-time payment plans. There are no recurring charges or automatic subscription renewals. All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
Payment processing: Payments are processed securely through SafePay. By making a purchase, you agree to SafePay's terms of service. Qallam does not store your payment card details on its servers.
Refund policy: We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Full conditions are described in our Refund Policy. Refund requests are sent to refund@qallam.ai and we reply within 24 hours. Refunds are processed through the original payment method and may take 7 to 14 business days to appear in your account. The full terms, exclusions, and verification process are documented in the Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
Access after purchase: Once payment is confirmed, your account is upgraded immediately. Access to paid features continues for the duration specified in your plan.
All content on the Qallam platform is the intellectual property of Qallam or its licensors. This includes, but is not limited to:
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from Qallam. This includes but is not limited to: screenshotting and sharing MCQs, recording and distributing video lectures, and copying course materials for redistribution.
Your purchase of a plan grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the content for your own educational purposes only.

Qallam displays university admissions dates, test schedules, application deadlines, and other university-related information for reference purposes only. This information is compiled from publicly available sources and may not reflect the most current or accurate data.
You MUST verify all dates, deadlines, eligibility requirements, and application procedures directly with the respective universities before taking any action based on information displayed on the Platform.
Qallam is not affiliated with any university unless explicitly stated. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from reliance on university information displayed on the Platform, including but not limited to missed application deadlines, incorrect eligibility assumptions, or failed admissions processes. Universities may change their schedules, requirements, or procedures at any time without notice to us.
MCQs, practice questions, quizzes, unit tests, mock examinations, and all study materials on the Platform are designed for preparation purposes only.
Qallam does not guarantee any specific exam scores, test results, or university admissions outcomes. Mastery scores, progress indicators, and performance metrics displayed on the Platform are internal tools designed to help you track your preparation. They should not be interpreted as predictions of actual exam performance.
While we strive to provide high-quality and accurate educational content, we do not warrant that our questions will appear on any actual examination or that our content covers every topic that may be tested.
Qallam incorporates AI-powered features, including an AI study assistant and AI-generated explanations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. AI-generated responses should be treated as supplementary study aids, not as authoritative academic sources.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content. Users should verify important information through official textbooks, course materials, and authoritative sources.

The Qallam platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Qallam shall not be liable for:
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Qallam in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Qallam, its founder, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
By Qallam: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, without refund, if you violate these Terms. This includes but is not limited to: sharing account access, distributing Platform content, engaging in fraudulent activity, or abusing the Service. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination, except in cases of severe violations.
By you: You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@qallam.ai. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Refunds for unused portions of paid plans are not guaranteed after the 7-day refund window.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via the email address associated with your account or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and may request account deletion.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
Before pursuing formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. You may contact us at support@qallam.ai to initiate a resolution process.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
